You'll also learn how you can use the the local real estate market to teach students the difference between and importance of mean, median, model. This workshop is led by FSCJ economist Dr. Tina Angjellari-Dajci. Dr. Dajci routinely discusses real estate applications in her economics classes. Since 2012, she has written several research papers on the economics of real estate, using large datasets from the Northeast Florida real estate market (NEFAR MLS) in the last two decades.
